Please read my Terms of Service carefully before you commissioning me. Because when you commission me, you are accepting my terms of service

Terms of Service

  • I reserve the right to refuse commissions I feel uncomfortable with or do not comply with the ToS for whatever reason

  • I do not allow my art to be used for any NFT or AI learning related reasons

  • Base price is only for PERSONAL USE, NOT INCLUDING details, custom background, pet etc

  • Prices may change depending on the complexity of the artwork or add-ons

  • Full payment or 50% after rough sketch. You can pay the rest before I send you the finished artwork

  • Revisions major max 2x (rough sketch & base color), minor max 5x

  • It may take 3-8 days for each artwork, but it can be shorter or longer depending on the complexity of the artwork

  • The finished works will be delivered to you in digital form only via an email attachment or drive. it will include PNG versions of the artwork that are watermarked as well as unwatermarked. as such, please provide an email when requesting a commission

  • Personal use only unless agreed otherwise, commercial use must be discussed first, depending on the intended use

  • I rightfully own each artwork, thus I am allowed to post commission results for my portfolio (except private use)

  • DO NOT edit, alter or claim my artwork as yours

  • DO NOT remove or crop my watermark

  • Give credit where credit is due. you must credit me (@groshia_) as the artist, whenever and wherever my art is showcased

  • You cannot cancel/refund the order after the sketch is fixed and I start working on the order, unless I can't finished the artwork
